ELECTRONICS CORPORATION OF INDIA LIMITED (ECIL) has released a notification for the recruitment of Graduate Engineering Apprentices (GEA) & Diploma/Technician apprentices (TA) at ECIL Hyderabad under the Apprenticeship Act 1961. There are a total of 363 vacancies – (No. of Seats for GEA: 250 & No. of Seats for TA: 113).
Essential Qualification & Eligibility Criteria:
For GEA, Candidates who have passed four years B.E / B.Tech course in the above-mentioned engineering branches on or after 1st April 2021, from AICTE-approved colleges / recognized Indian Universities. In the case of Diploma Apprentices, the candidates who have passed 3 Years Diploma in the above-mentioned branches on or after 1st April 2021.
Age Limit:
Maximum age of 25 years or less as on 31/12/2023. Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NC & 10 years for PWD candidates.
Salary Amount:
Monthly Stipend – GEA: Rs.9000/, TA: Rs.8000/
Apprenticeship Period:
The tenure of the Apprenticeship will be one year.

Eligible Candidates have to apply “ONLINE” through our website https://www.ecil.co.in. Enrollment in the NATS portal (https://nats.education.gov.in) is mandatory for apprenticeship.
Method of Selection:
Based on the online applications data, candidates will be called for original documents verification at CLDC-ECIL Hyderabad. After successful document verification, selections will be done based on the qualifying examination marks merit. (i.e For GEAs, BE/B.Tech consolidated marks merit and For Diploma Apprentices, Diploma consolidated marks merit) In case of CGPA, relevant CGPA to marks percentage conversion certificate from the college/university should be produced by the candidate.
