Oil India Limited (OIL) has released a notification for the recruitment of Contractual Engagement Requirement. The total number of posts available for contractual engagement are:
– Contractual Drilling Engineer
– Contractual Chemist
Educational Qualification for Oil India Limited Recruitment:
For the Contractual Drilling Engineer, a Bachelors Degree in Petroleum/Mechanical Engineering of four years duration from a Govt. recognised institute is required, along with post-qualification work experience of more than 03 years in the upstream Oil & Gas industry and possessing a valid Well Control Certificate.
For the Contractual Chemist, a Post Graduate in Chemistry of two years duration from a Govt. recognised institute is required, along with post-qualification work experience of more than 05 years in the preparation, maintenance, and supply of Water Base Drilling Fluid (Mud) in Drilling well, or a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering of four years duration from a Govt. recognised institute along with post-qualification work experience of more than 07 years in the same field.
Age Limit:
The minimum age for both positions is 24 years, and the upper age limit is 40 years as on the date of registration for Walk-in-Interview.
Salary Amount:
For the Contractual Drilling Engineer, the salary is 80,000/- per month, while for the Contractual Chemist, it is 1,00,000/- per month.
Selection Criteria:
Candidates will be selected based on a Walk-in-Interview of total 100 marks. The minimum qualifying marks will be 50 for all categories. The selection will be based on Professional Knowledge and skills in concerned and allied disciplines, along with Personal Attributes and Soft Skills.
