- Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from any Recognized University or Institute.

- Master’s Degree in Sociology/ Social Anthropology/ Political Science/ History (ancient) from any recognized University.

- Candidate shall have to be a retired Police Officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police
