ISRO Technician Recruitment 2023: INDIAN SPACE RESEARCH ORGANISATION (ISRO), Government of India has released a notification for the recruitment of Technician-B. National Remote Sensing Centre (NRSC) is one of the constituent Centres of Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), Department of Space (DOS) responsible for the Ground Segment of Remote Sensing Programme through Satellite Data Acquisition, Archival, Processing, Dissemination, Remote Sensing Applications, Training and Capacity Building. The Earth Station located at Shadnagar is being developed as a full-fledged Centre to carry out the entire chain of Remote Sensing activities. There are the total of 54 posts vacancy. The disciplines are – Technician-B (Electronic Mechanic), Technician-B (Electrical), Technician-B (Instrument Mechanic), Technician-B (Photography), Technician-B (Desktop Publishing Operator).
Essential Qualification for ISRO Technician Recruitment:
Technician-B (Electronic Mechanic/ Electrical/ Instrument Mechanic/ Photography/ Desktop Publishing Operator) – SSLC/ SSC Pass, ITI/NTC/NAC in Electronic Mechanic/ Electrical/ Instrument Mechanic/ Photography/ Desktop Publishing Operator Trade from NCVT.
Age Limit: 18-35 Years
Salary Amount: Technician ‘B’: ₹. 21,700 – ₹. 69,100
Application Fee: There is a non-refundable Application Fee of ₹100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) for each application. However, initially all candidates have to uniformly pay ₹ 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) per application as processing fee.
Required Documents: Recent colour passport size photograph (not older than 6 months) in .jpg or .jpeg format only (Size from 50 kb to 100 kb & dimensions should be 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm), Signature-in .jpg or .jpeg format only, Size from 50 kb to 100 kb, SSC/SSLC Certificate,ITI/NTC/NAC Certificate from NCVT in relevant trade,SC/ST/Disability/ Ex-servicemen certificate as applicable for full refund of processing Fee.
Selection Process: The mode of Selection will be Written Test and Skill test. The Written Test will be conducted in such a way that theoretical and practical knowledge of the candidate is tested covering both breadth and depth of the prescribed curriculum of the relevant trade. Based on the performance in the Written Test, candidates will be shortlisted for Skill Test in 1:5 ratio with a minimum of 10 candidates to the category-wise number of vacancies.
